Community Clubs

Community Clubs are community-led groups and a great place for people with similar interests to get together to share recreational, educational, sports, and entertainment activities, events, and programs. Today, we have a broad range of Community Clubs run by our community such as horse riding and archery club, photography club, English learning club, toastmasters club, and kids club. Also, community members can create new clubs!
Chess and Board Games Club

The Chess and Board Games Club seeks to foster a competitive board games atmosphere at KFUPM as well as provide a casual setting for non-serious play. Invoking the spirit of both learning and fun simultaneously is key to maintaining the balance of openness and self-improvement that we strive for.

Kids Club

Kids Club at KFUPM provide a happy, safe, and warm environment where all children and their families feel welcome. It create a child-centered setting where the children and young people are encouraged to make decisions. We value children’s free time to be their time, allowing fun and freely chosen play. We facilitate the children to plan play and access play opportunities, support the children in developing responsibility for themselves and their actions. We value individuality.

KFUPM Community Toastmasters

KFUPM Community Toastmasters Club provide a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth.

Horse Riding & Archery Club

Horse Riding & Archery Club will create a like-minded space for individuals interested in horse riding and archery. One main benefit is to educate members on horse riding and archery skills. A long-term (hopeful) aim is for KFUPM to someday have an equestrian institution with its own horses that will serve the wider equestrian community in the area.

Photography Club

The photography club is a group of amateur photographers who enjoy taking photos in various styles. All types of photography are valued and the purpose of the club is to encourage, share knowledge, give advice, work together and enjoy the broad art of photography. The club enjoys both online and in person interactions, with planned events or trips to build community around this exciting hobby.

English Learning Club

The English Club will promote the English club by holding classes, organizing events, start a book club, hold writing competitions and / or competitions e.g. debates, organize and hold workshops for the benefit of the KFUPM Community
